O'Keeffe's first private sector job, was with a team of four other men from similar national security backgrounds. Their clients: three of the Oil Majors. Their task: to assist the Majors in their global strategic planning, as well as gather intelligence for the Majors from throughout the world. O'Keeffe eventually went off on his own, launching his own firm, and doing domestic and international business development and government relations work. His clients have been Fortune 500s to start-ups.

O’Keeffe brings decades of domestic and international business development, and government relations expertise, to American companies. He also represents foreign companies and governments in the United States, whether it be for business development or government relations. This is indeed a global economy, with global opportunities, for those who have the relationships throughout the world.

O'Keeffe, born in New York, is a citizen of both the U.S. and E.U. He is a registered Independent in the United States. O'Keeffe is also a former U.S. Diplomat for the Middle East. Before becoming an international businessman, O'Keeffe served with the U.S. Army's 19th Special Forces Group (Airborne), and was a contractor to the Intelligence Community. He is a guest on CNN and Fox News, regarding numerous subjects, from trade to geopolitics. O'Keeffe has been an informal advisor to subsequent White Houses.

As mentioned above, O'Keeffe's work has taken him from Washington D.C., to Europe, the Near East, Asia, pursuing and closing deals, or managing government relations matters. It does not matter what industry, or what country, O’Keeffe’s model is always the same. Work from the top down, through very senior business and very senior political relationships. On those rare occasions, regarding a foreign matter, where O’Keeffe may not know someone--or someone who knows someone--the existing U.S. administration will always facilitate matters for him with the existing foreign administration. They in turn will kindly open the needed doors, and provide the needed introductions. Be it business development or government relations matters.

O’Keeffe is a Lector at his church, and proud father of a daughter. His interests are history, comparative religion, geopolitics, and when young, adventurous world travel, mountain climbing, and living in the Alaskan wilderness.

O’Keeffe has a B.A. in International Relations, from the University of Colorado, with a focus on the Middle East and Arabic.
